
It belongs to endogenous dermatitis. It is chronic itchy skin disease.
Clinical picture: localization of the lesions concerns the limbic surface of the
limbs, neck, face, chest, dorsal surface of the feet and hands.
Complications: susceptibility to infections, severe allergic reactions, seasonal
worsening of spring and autumn. It is often associated with alopecia areata,
with fish, vascular abnormalities. In 80-90% of the patients, they develop
autism up to the age of 10 years. The rest remains indefinite. Treatment with
corticosteroids, topical antihistamines or per os. and local softeners and anti-
inflammatory.
